In support of World Mental Health Day on October 10th, Wanderlust is inviting Australians across the country to start their day with a 90-minute virtual RISE experience to connect, cultivate calm and stay curious.
Promising a mindful morning that will nurture your true nature, wellness enthusiasts and those seeking to switch off from the stress of the world are encouraged to join in.
The first-ever Australian RISE by Wanderlust experience will kick off with a grounding breathwork session with Wanderlust’s Spiritual Guide and renowned meditation and leadership coach, Tami Roos.
Masha Gorodilova, founder of Happy Melon Studios, will next guide guests through a 40-minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow – a challenging yet healing session for yogis of all skill levels.
The morning will conclude with a powerful reflection workshop with well-known bibliotherapist Dr. Susan McLaine, whose therapeutic approach uses carefully selected poetry to support mental
health, celebrate introspection and nourish the soul.
Suzanne Morrison, CEO of Wanderlust Australia, is delighted to invite Australia’s conscious community
to the virtual event. “With millions of Australians in lockdown around the country, RISE with Wanderlust will provide a mind, body and spirit experience for our community to feel uplifted and be inspired to continue their
practice at home. “At Wanderlust, we believe self-care benefits more than just the individual, but also society at large –an important task considering the current mental health of the nation,” shares Morrison.
Tickets are available now via the Wanderlust website, with two ticket options on offer. Each ensures that your wellness journey extends beyond the event with four weeks of supporting WanderlustTV content to inspire attendees before and after the event!
