INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup cacao butter, melted

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 1 hour or more.

2 tbs rice malt syrup

1 tsp vanilla bean powder

1 cup coconut flakes

2 tsp stevia

2 tbs coconut cream

 

OPTIONAL TOPPING INGREDIENTS:

Raspberry pistachio and rose white chocolate 

Pistachio nuts

Dried rose petals

Freeze-dried raspberries

 

Peanut butter, strawberry, and macadamia white chocolate 

Macadamia nuts

Strawberries fresh/freeze-dried

Peanut butter

 

METHOD:

Blend all white chocolate ingredients together until a smooth consistency is formed.

Place in your prefered chocolate mould and top with desired ingredients.

Place in the freezer to set.
