1/2 cup almond butter
2 tbs melted coconut oil
3/4 cup almond meal
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 large free-range eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence/scrapings of 1 vanilla bean.
1/2 cup roughly chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C and line a 9″ slice pan with baking paper.
Using a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to prepared pan and bake in the oven for 12 -15 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
