Looking for the perfect alternative to your comforting creamy mash potato? This Cauliflower mash is the perfect substitute, whilst being low-carb, high in fibre and a great source of antioxidants, which protect your cells from harmful free radicals and inflammation.

INGREDIENTS
1 cauliflower
1 clove of garlic
1 tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD
Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a steamer over a large saucepan of boiling water. Steam for 20 minutes or until tender.
Place cauliflower, oil, salt, pepper and garlic in a food processor. Process until smooth.

Garnish with salt, pepper and sage.
