If all the Easter advertising on the television, billboards and everywhere else you turn is sending your chocolate cravings into overdrive, here’s a deliciously healthy chocolate recipe to get you through until Easter Sunday, when a cheat day is not just accepted but encouraged around here!
Ingredients:
4 free range eggs
2 large bananas
2 tbc cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp stevia
½ cup almond meal
To Serve:
Maple syrup
Fresh berries
Fruit of your choice
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Pour mixture a non stick fry pan and cook until small bubbles start to pop on the top
Flip and serve
