This omega-3 filled breakfast is perfect for a ready-to-go morning snack on the run, or sit down and enjoy a leisurely weekend breakfast for two.
Prep + cool time: 12 hours. Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
ó cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
¼ cup flaxseeds
1 tbs psyllium husk
ó cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs pure maple syrup
Blueberries, pistachio nuts and toasted coconut to serve
METHOD
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Place in fridge overnight to set
Serve with blueberries, coconut and nuts as desired
