This is one for the sweet tooth! So easy, simple and delicious.

Ingredients

Chocolate

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup cacao butter

1/4 cup cacao

1 – 2 tsp stevia, depending on your taste buds.

1 tbs pure maple syrup

3 tbs almond butter.

Pinch of cinnamon and sea salt.

Extras

Almonds

Macadamia nuts

Sultanas

Goji Berries

Cacao Nibs

Raw Buckinis

Raw-Chocolate

Method

Melt coconut oil, butter and maple syrup on a low heat till well combined. Add in cacao powder, stevia, almond butter, cinnamon and salt and stir until a smooth consistency is formed. Be careful to not burn your chocolate. Whilst the mixture is still warm and spreadable pour into your chocolate mould or tray and set aside.

Roughly chop almonds and macadamias and sprinkle over your chocolate, continue to sprinkle the rest of your “extra” ingredients then place in the freezer to set.

Chocolate should take half an hour to set but best kept overnight to ensure a firm block.
