There’s nothing like starting your morning right. Get your blender, and get ready to start your morning addiction with this delicious Berry Smoothie Bowl.
1½ large frozen bananas, peeled
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
¼ cup natural yoghurt
¼ cup coconut / almond milk
½ tsp cinnamon
We used banana fried in cinnamon and coconut oil, kiwi fruit,
goji berries, figs, peach, gluten-free granola.
In a high-speed blender, blend the frozen bananas, blueberries, protein powder, yoghurt, milk and cinnamon until it is a smooth, thick consistency.
Pour into a bowl for serving and top with desired fruit and granola.
