Green smoothies.. You either love them or hate them. No need to go in to detail, you know they pack a nutritional punch with a host of amazing benefits for skin, energy and digestion.. If you don’t know the deal on them? Click here to read more. This one is a quick simple post workout smoothie that I throw in my Nutri Bullet in less than five minutes. It’s great for rehydrating, alkalizing the body and replenishing important proteins and nutrients. Kiwi Fruit is an amazing low fructose fruit full of vitimin C – forget your oranges that are loaded with fructose, next time you feel a cold coming on.. Give this smoothie a go instead.

Ingredients

1 kiwi Fruit, skin removed

1 stalk celery

½ a cucumber

kale leaves

1 small handful of spinach

½ a banana

1 serving of FOUR vanilla bean protein powder

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp maca powder

5 raw almonds

Coconut water as desired.

 

Method

Blend In a high speed blender until smooth and creamy. Enjoy
